Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Our goal is to have you completely satisfied with the artwork you purchase from us.

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if you don't like it. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at Support@Jurassic.Studio . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an RMA number, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please keep in mind that it's your responsibility to pay for the return shipping with a tracking number.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

1- Clothing Items

Since we print each order on demand, that means we have to customize the color, size, and dinosaur design for every order and since we don’t carry any stock on hand, we can’t take any returns/exchanges on any clothing items. This is why we put the sizing charts in each clothing item description so that our customers can choose the right size, and if they are unsure we highly suggest ordering 1 size up just to be safe because all apparel sales are final without any refunds/exchanges.

2- Downloadable Products

All downloadable products, like printable posters or ebooks or coloring books are non refundable/exchangeable.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make the necessary arrangements.


Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
